We seek homes with exceptional value-add and transformation potential that can be completed and sold within 6 – 12 months.
2. Multi-family new development:
We target ground-up developments designed for sale. Typically, our projects fall within the 10 – 75 unit size range and have an estimated completion timeline of 2-5 years.
3. Value-add multi-family:
Our multi-family rentals involve existing properties with potential for transformation. We aim to upgrade interiors and exteriors, renovate units, increase rental income, stabilize properties, and hold them as rentals for approximately 3-5 years before selling.
4. Multi-family conversion projects:
These projects take existing office/retail/industrial space with the proper zoning in place that allows for repurposing the property into multi-family or rent-to-own projects. We perform exterior redesigns, build out interior units and convert the property into an income-producing property with significant upside, holding them as rentals for approximately 2-5 years before selling.
5. Other projects:
